Abstract

The subject of Party work and political work in the training program of the subjects at Political Academy is a “professional” subject. The content of this subject includes knowledge of the science of building the Communist Party of Vietnam; the science of Party work and political work; issues on the Party’s guidelines and viewpoints, the Stat’s management of the Army, the cause of national defense and protection of the Fatherland; building a strong, modern, and elite Army.
