Digital learning materials are the core element and foundation of smart education. Building digital learning materials is a practical and effective measure that needs to be done immediately to create the premise for innovating teaching methods towards digitalization and intelligence, practically contributing to digital transformation, improving the quality of education and training in military schools, serving the goal of building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite and modern People’s Army.
