Abstract

Culture in general, and the system of cultural values in particular, plays an extremely important role as the spiritual foundation of society, as well as both the objective and the driving force for the country’s sustainable development. Clarifying the necessity of promoting the Vietnamese cultural value system in the building of the armed forces in the new period is a matter of significant importance, providing a fundamental basis for proposing appropriate and effective solutions for implementation.
