Abstract

In the context of the rapid development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, cyberspace has become a new domain in safeguarding national sovereignty. Hostile forces are increasingly employing sophisticated tactics to distort information, undermine cybersecurity, and disrupt the information environment. Under such circumstances, the protection of sovereignty in cyberspace is not only an urgent requirement but also a long-term strategic task. Recent practice has yielded valuable lessons, contributing to the enhancement of national self-defense and response capabilities.
