Abstract

In the context of a rapidly evolving world marked by unpredictable fluctuations, the global economic–political landscape is being reshaped along new, multidimensional, and increasingly complex trajectories. Under such circumstances, continuing to clarify the nature of the national economy, while flexibly adjusting its terminology in a more adaptive and pragmatic manner, represents a noteworthy approach. This contributes to enhancing the effectiveness of international integration, while steadfastly maintaining the socialist orientation in the new situation.
