Abstract

Promoting the values of the Declaration of Independence in enhancing the responsibility of  military youth in the cause of national construction and defense in the new era of development holds particularly important position and role. The article clarifies the historical and contemporary values of the Declaration of Independence; analyzes its core values; and proposes solutions to effectively bring those values into play in order to raise the sense of military youth in building and defending the Socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.
