Abstract

President Ho Chi Minh attached special importance to ideological work in the revolutionary cause in general and in troop management in particular, considering it an effective measure for building the military politically. In the face of the complex and unpredictable developments of the global and regional situation, the rapid changes within the country, and the evolving requirements of national construction and defense as well as military building, his thought on ideological work - and on ideological work in troop management in particular—remains fully relevant and should continue to be creatively applied in the new situation.
