Abstract

Based on an analysis of new requirements in the current context, this article points out the necessity and solutions for comprehensively developing the Party-building capacity of company party cell secretaries in grassroots Party committees in the Army; contributing to improving the quality of Party activities, maintaining the Party's leadership role in the Army, and meeting the requirements of building a revolutionary, regular, elite, modern Army.
