Abstract

Within the “peaceful evolution” strategy aimed at undermining the Vietnamese revolution, alongside issues of ethnicity, democracy, and human rights, religion is consistently exploited by hostile and reactionary forces as a preferred “flashpoint” to carry out subversive schemes through diverse, sophisticated, and insidious methods and tactics. Therefore, identifying and defeating schemes that exploit religion to oppose the Party and the State, sow division within the great national unity bloc, and sabotage the cause of renewal and socialist construction in our country is both an urgent requirement and a task of long-term strategic significance for the Vietnamese revolution.
