Abstract

Border areas of our country, primarily inhabited by ethnic minority communities, still face numerous difficulties; they also contain potential destabilizing factors and are subject to the influence of hostile forces. The creative application of Ho Chi Minh Thought on mass mobilization in the Border Guard’s work among ethnic minority communities is of strategic significance, contributing to consolidating the “people’s battle array”, firmly safeguarding territorial sovereignty and national border security.
