Abstract

In the context of streamlining the organizational apparatus of the political system, in order to successfully fulfill their assigned functions and tasks, the cadre contingent at the Political Academy must undergo comprehensive renewal in all aspects, including working methods. The article focuses on analyzing several solutions to innovate the working methods of cadres, thereby contributing to improving the quality of task performance of the Academy in the new situation.
