Abstract

Propaganda and agitation work is not only a means to realize the objectives, mission, and vision of the Political Academy, but also a sharp weapon on the current ideological and theoretical front. To effectively fulfill its functions and tasks, this work must thoroughly grasp the Party’s viewpoints and military–defense tasks; remain closely aligned with practical realities and target audiences; and bring into full play the combined strength of organizations and forces in its implementation.
