Abstract

The cadre contingent at grassroots units of the Vietnam People’s Army is both the force directly leading and commanding the execution of tasks and the decisive factor in building the military cultural environment and promoting the qualities of “Uncle Ho’s Soldiers.” In light of new task requirements, the application of Ho Chi Minh Thought in educating and cultivating revolutionary ethics for cadres at grassroots units in the military is both an objective requirement and a political task of long-term strategic significance.
