Abstract

In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the rapid development of high-tech warfare, building a force of “digital soldiers” with firm political steadfastness, digital mindset, technological competence, and high adaptive operational capability has become an urgent requirement in the modernization of the Vietnam People’s Army. The article examines and proposes solutions for developing the “digital soldier” force to meet the requirements of building a modern military in the new situation.
