Abstract

Education and training constitute the fundamental pathway for developing the personality of cadets training to become junior-level officer trainees today. Therefore, the training process at military academies and officer schools must closely integrate the renewal of curricula, content, and teaching methods toward linking instruction with education; at the same time, it is necessary to bring into full play the roles of lecturers and managerial cadres in teaching and education, as well as the role of cadets in self-education and self-training to develop their personality, meeting the objectives and requirements of training.
