Abstract

Strengthening coordination between the Political Academy and units in order to renew the curricula and content of Party work and political work in the training of regimental- and brigade-level political commissars is required to meet new mission demands. Such coordination helps closely link theory with practice, promptly update political, military, and defense issues, and ensure that training content is comprehensive, practice-oriented, and aligned with the requirements of building the Vietnam People’s Army into a revolutionary, regular, elite, and modern force.
