Abstract

In the context of globalization and increasingly complex geopolitical developments, Vietnam is entering a phase of robust development with a steadily rising international standing. However, alongside opportunities come major challenges in safeguarding sovereignty and territorial integrity, and in maintaining a peaceful and stable environment for development. In this context, international integration and defense external relations have become one of the key solutions to enhancing self-reliant defense capability, thereby enabling Vietnam to firmly safeguard national interests in the new era-the era of the nation’s rise.
