Abstract

Cadre work is the key component of Party building and of the political system in general, and of Army building in particular. Therefore, Party committees, leading cadres, and authorities at all levels in the military must thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the Party’s policy on encouraging and protecting dynamic and creative cadres for the common good, meeting the requirements of building the Army and defending the Fatherland in the new situation.
