Abstract

Maritime security and the safeguarding of the integrity of the nation’s territory, maritime zones, and airspace are central objectives of Vietnam in the course of national construction and development. In this regard, the delimitation of boundaries and cooperation with regional countries to fulfill these tasks have always been highly valued by Vietnam.
