Abstract

Renewing working style and methods is an urgent requirement for the contingent of cadres and lecturers at the Army Officer Training School No. 1. The article analyzes the current situation and proposes several solutions to improve the quality of the cadre and lecturer contingent, meeting the requirements of the School’s education and training tasks today.
