Abstract

Building the determination to dare to confront difficulties and challenges in the implementation of emulation and commendation work among lecturers at military academies and officer schools is a comprehensive process of purposeful, organized, and planned activities conducted by organizations and forces through various appropriate forms and measures. It aims to foster a spirit of self-discipline, proactiveness, and resolve to overcome all difficulties and challenges in successfully fulfilling the objectives and requirements of renewing and improving the quality of education and training at military academies and officer schools today.
