Abstract

Political education for non-commissioned officers and enlisted personnel in the Air Defense–Air Force Service has yielded valuable experience regarding the leadership role of the Service Party Committee; this is an important factor contributing to the development and maturation of the Service. In light of new requirements, studying and creatively applying these valuable experiences in practice is an important and urgent issue.
