Abstract

Applying Ho Chi Minh's ideology on "Popular Education" to the "Digital Popular Education" movement at the Armored and Tank Officer School has practical significance, contributing to eradicating "technological illiteracy," and improving the digital skills and culture of officers, lecturers, and students. This is an urgent requirement to build a modern officer corps, meeting the demands and tasks of training and combat readiness in the new era.
