Abstract

The goal of building a revolutionary, regular, elite, and modern Vietnam People’s Army places demands on research cadres in general, and military social sciences and humanities research cadres at the Political Academy in particular, to be capable of accessing, processing, and analyzing large volumes of data; applying digital tools, analytical software, and artificial intelligence in research; and mastering skills in information security and cybersecurity in cyberspace. Therefore, developing digital skills for military social sciences and humanities research cadres is an objective and urgent requirement in the current context.
