Fostering the aspiration for dedication among young lecturers at military schools is a fundamental pathway for them to continuously develop and meet the requirements of education and training in the current context. Therefore, military schools need to build professional commitment, and create a favorable environment and conditions for young lecturers to dedicate themselves and develop.
