Abstract

Improving the leadership quality of building advanced models of grassroots party organizations under the Party Committee of Political Academy is an important solution contributing to building a clean and strong Party organization. For this activity to be effective, it is necessary to closely combine raising awareness, responsibility and leadership role of Party committees and organizations with innovating the content, form and method of building and effectively implementing campaigns of the Party, State and Army.
