Abstract

Leadership is a fundamental function of the Party. President Ho Chi Minh attached great importance to the Party’s leadership style, requiring the Party and its contingent of cadres and Party members to exercise “correct leadership.” Correct leadership is an imperative requirement for the Party, its organizations, and its cadres and Party members today; it determines the Party’s position, role, and prestige, as well as the cause and destiny of the nation.
