Abstract

V.I. Lenin’s thought on the theory of cognition constitutes the direct theoretical foundation for strengthening the unity between theory and practice in the training of regimental- and brigade-level political commissars today. The requirements of building the Vietnam People’s Army into a revolutionary, regular, elite, and modern force, together with the need to improve the quality of education and training at the Political Academy in the new situation, necessitate the continued strengthening of the unity between theory and practice in the training of regimental- and brigade-level political commissars in line with V.I. Lenin’s thought.
