Abstract

The issue of managing human thought is a fundamental field that has run throughout the history of human intellectual development. With the emergence and development of Marxism–Leninism, this issue has been addressed in a more scientific and thoroughly revolutionary manner, particularly in terms of its nature, objectives, and methods of ideological management. Inheriting and creatively developing Marxism–Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Thought has supplemented it with distinctive and humanistic values, appropriate to Vietnam’s practical conditions. This constitutes an important theoretical foundation for continued research, application, and development in the new context.
