INTRODUCING THE CONTENT OF “COPYRIGHT AND RELATED RIGHTS” IN INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW INTO TEACHING AT ART SCHOOLS

Abstract

The
Intellectual
Property
Law
has
come
into
practice
 and
has
been
effective
over
the
past
time.
One
of
the
 important
contents
of
the
Law
is
"copyright
and
 related
rights"
which
is
of
great
concern
to
art
 schools.
The
article
mentions
the
need
to
include
this
 issue
in
the
curriculum
of
art
schools
and
at
the
same
 time
suggests
ways
to
apply
it
to
the
training
 program
to
contribute
to
career
orientation
for
 students
upon
graduation.
