Digital
transformation

library
activities
is
truly
bringing
positive
effects,
and
is
an
urgent
task
for

libraries
to
meet
the
increasing
information
needs
of
users.
This
article
introduces
the
process
of

building
and
developing
digital
collections
at
the
library
of
Hung
Yen
province.
It's
to
analyze
the

current
situation,
advantages
and
disadvantages
in
building
and
developing
digital
collections.
From
the

analyses,
there
are
to
propose
solutions
to
enhance
the
development
of
digital
collections,
and
proceed

to
promote
the
construction
of
digital
libraries
at
Hung
Yen
Library.
