"Organize

In

preserving
"festival

with
an
important
role
and
significance
in
"preserving
and
promoting
good

cultural
values";
is
considered
a
standard
and
criterion
for
both
"quietness
and
openness"
in
preserving
and
promoting
the
inherent
cultural
heritage
values
of
rural
areas.
From
the
