EDUCATING STUDENTS OF ART SCHOOLS ON LEGAL CULTURE
Abstract
Legal
culture
education
plays
a
vital
role
in
shaping
personality,
guiding
behavior,
and
fostering
law‑abiding
awareness
among
students
of
art
schools.
For
art
students‑those
closely
connected
to
creative
activities
strengthening
legal
awareness
is
essential
to
ensure
a
balanced
development
between
artistic
freedom
and
legal
boundaries.
This
paper
analyzes
the
current
state
of
legal
awareness
among
art
students,
and
highlights
persisting
shortcomings
in
both
understanding
and
behavior.
These
issues
largely
stem
from
formalistic,
fragmented
legal
education
that
lacks
integration
with
the
specificities
of
artistic
fields.
Based
on
these
findings,
the
author
proposes
several
solutions꞉
innovating
teaching
methods
towards
practical,
profession‑oriented
approaches;
promoting
extracurricular
activities
related
to
legal
education;
fostering
a
disciplined
and
civilized
learning
environment;
and
encouraging
students'
self‑study
and
self‑discipline.
Moreover,
enhancing
the
quality
of
teaching
staff,
modernizing
facilities,
and
building
a
supportive
environment
are
crucial
for
developing
students'
positive
habits
and
legal
consciousness.
Educating
legal
culture
among
art
students
aims
not
only
to
improve
their
legal
knowledge
but
also
to
cultivate
a
new
generation
of
artists
who
are
both
talented
and
ethical,
meeting
the
demands
of
a
modern,
civilized
society.
This
is
an
urgent
task
that
requires
close
coordination
among
schools,
families,
and
the
students
themselves
in
the
current
era
of
deep
international
integration
