Tinh
is
a
land
of
outstanding
people,
where
there
is
an
extremely
rich
treasure
of
intangible
cultural

heritage,
in
which
Vi
Giam
folk
songs
have
been
honored
by
UNESCO
as
a
representative
intangible
cultural

heritage
of
humanity.
Since
being
honored
by
UNESCO,
the
management
of
Vi
Giam
folk
song
heritage
has

been
invested
in
resources
by
Nghe
An
and
Ha
Tinh
provinces
through
projects
to
preserve
and
collect
Vi

Giam
folk
songs
in
the
community.
However,
in
the
process
of
socio‑economic
development,
it
is
inevitable

that
there
will
be
impacts
on
the
environment
and
the
space
for
practicing
Vi
Giam
folk
songs
in
the

community.
Therefore,
state
management
needs
to
identify
the
typical
values
of
Vi
Giam
folk
song
heritage

to
have
solutions
to
preserve
and
maintain
it
in
association
with
sustainable
socio‑economic
development.
