PROMOTING CULTURAL AND ARTISTIC PERFORMANCES IN THE EDUCATION OF STUDENTS' BEHAVIORAL CULTURE
Abstract
This article focuses on analyzing the role, current situation, and solutions for promoting cultural and artistic
performances in educating students' behavioral culture. Based on directives from the Party, the State, and the
Ministry of Education and Training, the author affirms that artistic performances not only meet entertainment
needs but also carry profound educational significance, contributing to the development of a healthy school
cultural environment and fostering proper lifestyles and standards of conduct. The current situation shows that
schools are increasingly attentive to and investing in organizing artistic performances, especially during
holidays and commemorative events, with active participation from students and teachers. Many programs are
creative and closely aligned with professional expertise, yet limitations remain in terms of funding, facilities,
guidance personnel, and content diversity. The author proposes several solutions꞉ enhancing the quality and
diversifying the forms of performances; increasing investment in funding and facilities; encouraging the active
role of students; strengthening teacher participation; and mobilizing the involvement of parents, communities,
and social organizations. The conclusion emphasizes that promoting artistic performances is an effective
solution in educating behavioral culture, contributing to personality development and the building of a positive
school culture in Vietnam today.
