ENHANCEMENT OF THE CAPACITY OF EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT STAFF IN THE CONTEXT OF RENEWAL OF STATE MANAGEMENT IN EDUCATION꞉ CURRENT SITUATION AND SOLUTIONS

Abstract

This article studies the current status of the capacity of the educational management staff in Vietnam in the
context of strong innovation in state management of education. Analyzing the challenges, limitations and
pointing out the positive points, the article proposes a system of synchronous solutions to foster and develop the
capacity of this team, meeting the requirements of educational innovation and international integration. The
solutions focus on perfecting the institution, innovating the content and training methods, enhancing the
application of information technology and enhancing the role of educational institutions.
