HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT AT THE HO CHI MINH CITY CONSERVATORY OF MUSIC IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CULTURAL SECTOR DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF HO CHI MINH CITY FOR THE PERIOD 2020 ‑ 2035

Abstract

This article examines human resources at the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music in the context of
implementing the Cultural Sector Development Strategy of Ho Chi Minh City for the 2020 ‑ 2035 period. The
article employs a qualitative research method combined with practical data analysis to assess the current
situation of human resources at the Conservatory. On that basis, it proposes several solutions for sustainable
human resource development to meet the objectives of the Cultural Sector Development Strategy of Ho Chi
Minh City for the period 2020 ‑ 2035.
