Abstract

This study investigates the factors that influence emotional intelligence in the professional activities of students
majoring in Vocal Performance, Piano, Fashion Design, and Graphic Design. By synthesizing theoretical
perspectives on professional practice, intelligence, and emotional intelligence within vocational contexts, the
research proposes a theoretical model identifying key predictors of students' emotional intelligence. Data were
collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using statistical methods, including reliability
testing, factor analysis, and regression analysis, to examine relationships among variables. Findings reveal that
intrinsic motivation and practical experience have the strongest positive effects on students' emotional
intelligence, followed by lecturer support and training programs, whereas personality traits and competencies
show a negative association.
