Abstract

In Buddhism, it is normally mentioned about the suffering. Indeed, the purpose is not for their followers to hate this life, but because it is a fact and reason. None of us want to suffer, but to be happy. That is life. And normally, human beings
try to avoid this fact. In Buddhism, the Buddhist followers do not run away from suffering, but contemplate the suffering. Based on contemplating suffering, people could have more experience in spiritual experiences. It is important to note that, Buddism mentions about suffering from unlimited points. It is to help human beings to develop positive thinking. Beyond that, to build up a better life for society, for individuals, and the whole community.
