BUILDING THE PRACTICE SUPERVIOR SYSTEM FOR SOCIAL WORKS STUDENTS – NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARTS EDUCATION

Abstract

The article addresses the basic issues of social work practice supervision and requirements for the contingent of social work supervisors. With some specific features in social work training at
the National University of Arts Education, the practice activities for students have set a number of different requirements in the training program compared to those in the training program. other social sciences and other social work training institutions throughout the country. The end of the article emphasizes the importance and proposes some solutions to build a supervisory system to improve the effectiveness of practice and internship in training students majoring in social work at the National University of Arts Education.
