STORYTELLING IN THE ANCIENT “CHEO” STAGE AND VIETNAMESE CULTURAL VALUE INSIDE

Abstract

Cheo stage is a story-telling stage, a re-enactment of events in chronological order, following the logic of life. In rowing, there is almost no disturbance of the order of artistic space and time. From a cultural point of view, this is the obedience to nature, the respect for the "powers" of nature, moreover, the harmony with nature of the ancient Vietnamese. This tradition has been deeply ingrained in the Vietnamese mind and has become a kind of cultural behavior of its own, which has given folk "authors" a unique expression. Therefore, the narrative stage in Ancient Cheo is not merely an art style or style, it is also the result of culture, expressing a national cultural value.
