TEACHING HOW TO SING WORSHIPING FOLK SONGS FOR STUDENTS OF MUSIC EDUCATION MAJOR

Abstract

Folk songs are songs created by people in the process of labor and production, in daily life activities and in religious and religious rituals. People often call folk songs used to lull children. Sleeping is a type of lullaby, people singing and responding to men and women in village festivals is a type of love song... Folk songs formed in rituals of worshiping and worshiping the gods are called feng shui folk songs. customary or folk songs worshiping rituals, folk songs worshiping gods.

In our country, there are a number of genres of folk songs, rituals and worship such as Xoan singing, Do singing, Dam singing, and Cheo boat singing. Each of these genres of folk songs is a precious intangible heritage of the nation, in which Xoan singing is listed by UNESCO as the representative intangible cultural heritage of humanity.

Teaching folk songs and worshiping rituals includes many contents. In this article, we present about teaching singing for students of Music Pedagogy.
