Abstract

Communist Party and Government of Vietnam always consider education as the first national policy and an important source and strength for the development of the country. For education in line with society's expectations, it requires educators, especially the teachers who directly spread knowledge, skills and morals for students, must have qualities and abilities in order to meet requirements for education and training innovation in Vietnam. When talking about teachers – the key force that determine the quality of education, Ho Chi Minh president has worked hard to build a system of views about the basic standards required of the teaching staff in socialist schools for generations of teachers.
