Reading culture a part of Culture is one of the driving forces that promote the formation of new people, citizens with wisdom, understanding, capacity and personality to be able to adapt. with the development of modern society and ontribute to the sustainable development of national culture. the context of the current Covid19 epidemic, the Leaders of the Political Academy Region III (Academy III) have directed the Center for Scientific Information to Science Center (Center for Science) has actively implemented activities to develop reading culture of students at the Academy and has achieved certain results.
