TALK ABOUT BUILDING A CULTURAL ENVIRONMENT IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

Applying new perceptions about the structure of  the cultural environment, the article proposes that  the building of a cultural environment in  universities should be approached from the  perspective of building culture associated with  sustainable development. The content of building a  cultural environment in the university includes the  following specific contents: implementation of  directives and legal documents of superiors related to building the cultural environment; building  humanistic ecological environment landscape;  building and improving the quality of material and  spiritual cultural products in the university;  building human­to­human relationships with  gratitude, humanity, and eco­friendly; spreading  the true value of cultural personalities and  establishing self­governing organizations,  overseeing the construction of the cultural  environment; correcting deviant cultural behaviors  and activities in universities.
