THE ROLE OF TRADITIONAL CULTURE EDUCATION FOR KIDS
Abstract
Preschool children are the future of our country. It is not only the family's responsibility to care for and educate them, but also the responsibility of the school and the entire society. As children grow up, they are given the opportunity to enjoy both material and spiritual values, giving them the ability to be independent, confident, intelligent, creative and integrated. However, it also raises many concerns for parents, teachers, and educators due to the child's indifference, insensitivity; particularly, the traditional culture that is becoming increasingly lost and faded over time. It is the responsibility of preschool education to train and educate future generations of "global citizens" while at the same time preserving their cultural roots. This is a difficult issue that has not been adequately addressed. This article shall discuss the role and orientation of traditional cultural education among preschool children in the context of the 4.0 revolution.
