SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE QUALITY ACTIVITIES FOR THE CONSERVATION AND PROMOTION OF THE VALUE OF NGHE TEMPLE, LE CHAN DISTRICT, HAI PHONG CITY

Abstract

Nghe Temple historical-cultural relic, currently located at 55 Le Chan street, An Bien ward, Le Chan district, Hai Phong city. The monument was built a long time ago, is a place to worship female general Le Chan - an outstanding female general in the Hai Ba Trung uprising, whose name is "An Bien ancient temple". With the great values of history-culture, architecture and art contained in the monument, Nghe Temple relic is ranked as a cultural heritage by the Ministry of Culture and Information (now the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism). National level cultural historical site in 1975. Currently Nghe Temple has become the center of community cultural activities, the place where traditional festivals take place and serving the city's strategy of cultural and tourism development of Hai Phong city and Le Chan district. The historical and cultural relic of Nghe Temple is a place that attracts a large number of tourists inside and outside the city to visit and learn about historical and cultural values.
