Abstract

Currently, it is very necessary to study the resources involved in the management of cultural institutions. The Voice of Vietnam Theater is an art performance agency with an important political mission. Therefore, from the perspective of cultural management, the study of resources involved in the management process is a work of practical significance. Human resources, facilities and finance will be the most basic resources contributing to the development and achievement of the Theater.
