MECHANISM FOR COOPERATION IN MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES OF VAN DON DISTRICT COMMUNICATION AND CULTURE CENTER

Abstract

Management of cultural institutions plays an important role in our country's cultural industry today. Van Don District Media and Culture Center is a cultural institution with special functions and tasks of a district in the northeastern border region of the country. The article refers to the coordination mechanism between the management subjects during the operation of the center. By method of description and analysis of documents, based on the fact, the author has proposed three basic coordination mechanisms in management. These are the methods of coordination that have brought high efficiency in recent years.
