Abstract

Promote learning and training worthy of the title “Uncle Ho's Soldiers” for the creative team of literature and art of the Military University of Culture and Arts in order to build them and their Univesity in all aspects. To get the requirements of the mission in the new situation, the University continues to implement many forms and measures, such as: Conduct propaganda, education and promote the positivity and self-discipline of the the creative team of literature and art.
